The customer service by the owner of Honest-One in Federal Heights is terrible. It has gotten worse over the years. Yesterday I was told I could bring my car in and they would "take a look at it" and let me know if they could do the repair and give me an estimate if they could. They ended up doing the repair without my authorization. (so who's trying to rip off who?). Then I was told I could not take my vehicle the 1 mile to my home to get the $36 I was charged for the unauthorized labor/repair. After being a loyal customer for years and spending thousands of dollars at this shop I've decided it's just not worth doing business with this type of person any longer. I will never ever take my business to this shop again. If you are looking for an Auto Repair Shop to build a relationship with, don't go here.
I apologize that you feel that our standard business policies shouldn't apply to you, however, I believe it's simple common knowledge that once your repairs are completed, you must pay for them prior to taking your vehicle whether you "forgot your wallet" or not. If you feel you shouldn't have to pay repairs then I believe it is best that you find an repair facility that is willing to do this for you. I wish you the best.
