Good shop with honest people. The didn't replace parts that didn't need replacing and were truthful and open with me throughout the whole ordeal all the way down to letting me know they had to jumpstart my Jeep before I left. Very nice people and decently priced repair.

Got my car towed here at the early hours of Tuesday morning and explained on Wednesday that I would have no way to get next steps figured out until Thursday when I get a day off but that I was working on a solution. I find that before closing hours I have received calls and texts stating that the owner is threatening to have my car towed away as abandoned property. After doing business with Honest-1 for more than 13 years, I never would have thought I would be threatened like this. Extremely disappointed in the owner's lack of tact and compassion.

I basically gave these guys a 17 year old Rubik’s cube mechanical problem that two other shops said was impossible… and they solved it. It took a little longer than expected and that was well communicated. What more can you ask for in a car mechanic? I’m a believer. Thanks guys, you rock.

These people are a scams they know nothing about cars. Much less about A/C’s I took my car here 3 times because supposedly they fix the issue AND THEY DIDNT!!!!!!!!!!!! The 3 times I got charge. I’m out of $ 420.00 for them to tell me that it my air compressor doesn’t work. When they could have told me that of the beginning. Those people aren’t honest they take a vantage of people and they’re hard earning money. Take your business somewhere else. The owner is rude and unethical. There’s NOTHING HONEST about them. Stay away from if you don’t want to get scam.

Took my car in to get my A/C fix $345.00 later and my car is the same. I have to keep taking it back this is a joke now. This is the 3rd time………………………. THEY DONT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT A/C!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always have excellent service at Honest-1. Recently I had to have my vehicle towed there, and the alternator replaced. Tara is always very helpful and friendly and the technicians are knowledgeable and very thorough. I highly recommend Honest-1!!

I had my car’s oil changed by the Big O Tire in Louisville a month ago and they told me I needed new brakes. They said my brakes were down to 3mm. So, I took my car into Honest-1 for the brake work and was told that I did not need new brakes yet, that they were at 6mm and 4mm. I will never go back to the Big O Tire and will continue taking my car to Honest-1!! Thank you for your honesty!!! It means everything to know that I can trust someone with my car needs!!
