So glad I went here. I had 2 other mechanics from big chains tell me I needed to pay $900 for brakes and rotors. Honest-1 checked out my car and said I have another good year on my brakes. They saved me from paying $900 when I didn’t need to. Their shuttle service was so wonderful because I didn’t have to take off work or spend extra $ on Uber. I will absolutely be back.

Brought my car here for some servicing and called ahead to setup an appointment. Honest-1 was welcoming and cordial and quickly got my vehicle into the garage for an inspection. Thinking I was there for a quick inspection, I didn’t have any expectation for how long my visit would be. My car was due for an oil change which Honest-1 completed while I was onsite. Throughout the visit, Honest-1 employee Jeff (sp?) kept me appraised of the work going on with my car. Overall, I was very happy with their service and professionalism and would recommend. Also, I enjoyed my interactions and conversation with Jeff while I waited for my car to be ready - Honest-1 really made a concerted effort to make me feel welcome while I waited.

I can't say enough good things about Honest-1 Auto. They are extremely honest, fair and dependable. The quality of work is top-notch they don't try to sell you repairs or maintenance that is not needed. During this pandemic my wife wife and have been struggling to make ends meet. Having a car break down in the midst of it made matters worse, these guys worked with me to get the most vital repairs needed first and put others off that could be done later. Kudos to the team at Honest-1 Auto! You are the best!!! George S.
