Their supplier sent them the wrong part 5 different times leaving me without a work vehicle for over 2 weeks. At the end of it they gave me $25 off a $400 repair while I am now out $5,000 due to missing out on work opportunities. "Honest" is their namesake but unfortunately they failed to live up to it. I will never take my vehicle here again.

Awesome!!! I went to them for a 2nd opinion after reading great reviews. Last year, I visited a Jeep specialist and was quoted $700 to fix excessive play in the steering wheel of my '13 Jeep Wrangler, and another $3k to update mods installed from a previous owner, after the play/safety issue was completed. Not only did they give me an honest diagnosis, they saved me thousands - roughly $3.2k! The mods didn’t need replacing (decent condition & brands), and my Jeep drives so much safer and better! Bonus, the money saved can go towards new mods, and I'll only call Honest-1 for help on those projects ;) They also nailed the female aspect of car ownership. We love our rides just as much as men do, and most of us would rather pay pros than get on a rolling auto creeper to tinker with our cars. Excellent customer service, excellent care for your car and wallet...those two things really can coexist in the world of auto mechanics! Honest-1 earned another lifelong customer and advocate!

Service writer explained clearly the procedure being used to diagnose AC issues I described. The vehicle was returned on time with all tasks complete and cost was as quoted.

Tara, Jeff, and the ENTIRE staff at Honest-1 took care of me from start to finish. More so than any other car shop, they were proactive in communication. I received calls that kept me up-to-date on the status of my 2010 Nissan Armada. Can’t recommend this crew enough!

I’ve never had a better experience at an auto shop. The dealership wanted to charge me $500 for a $30 part and 30 minutes of labor. Honest-1 charged me a fraction of the price. The process was easy- they got me in based on my availability and had my car fixed and out of there in no time. I won’t go to another auto shop!

I moved to Westminster a little over a year ago. I found a car shop that I thought was going to be my go-to guys. But, their mechanic and my car didn't seem to hit it off. I would leave the shop and have to go back to fix something that wasn't wrong before I went in the first place culminating in me having to crawl under my car to fix something as I left the symphony. Car repair in evening clothes late at night is not my cup of tea. So, I started looking again. I tried Honest-1 and they were awesome. They figured out what was wrong quickly and I couldn't be happier. My car was overheating and the air conditioning was blowing hot and cold. Several other shops didn't know what was up, but these guys did and fixed it the same day. I think I have now found my go-to shop.

The owner is very nice and took the time to explain what they found. The mechanic seems to be very competent. That's what I needed and I have now found my go-to shop.
