I’m a new customer with this Honest-1 Auto location and I actually had a much better experience at this specific location than the one I had been having my car serviced at while I was still living in Oregon. I brought my own oil and filter for my oil change because my rebuilt engine has specific requirements to remain under warranty and I knew it would take longer and cost more if the shop had to order specific supplies and have them delivered, so it was fantastic that they didn’t have any issues or concerns with me supplying my own parts and didn’t question it. I also had several pretty random issues that I wanted to have looked at and was very specific about wanting all parts that required work to be replaced with OE, which they were very understanding and accepting of. They were able to knock out the initial inspection quickly and get back to me on my options. They were very upfront about their recommendations on everything they found an issue with and did not push me towards a decision one way or another with the work that needed to be prioritized. There was one issue that had to be taken care of immediately since it was causing one of my wheels to feel like it was about to fall off while driving, but it was a simple and affordable fix, nothing major was actually needed. The other issues I had been notified of were not concerning, one of which would have meant replacing the cv boots or just the whole front axle. The service advisors informed me that it was not an immediate need and I would be fine to continue driving the vehicle and wait to replace anything, they just wanted to make sure I was aware that it would be something to take care of later on. I immediately decided that I wanted to get ahead of the issue and just replace the front axle, so they ordered the parts and were preparing for me to bring my car back in for that work, but I then later decided that I wanted to hold off so that I could look into various options for the front axle and a few additional components that I would prefer to have all done at once so that I don’t have to bring my car in as often. They were very understanding and considerate of my decision and had no issues with me holding off to complete the work at a later time. Overall, I love the vibe of their place, and the service advisors have been incredibly professional and considerate. So as someone who spent years working in the automotive industry, I highly value and greatly appreciate that, as it is something that is extremely rare to experience.

Not only was service great, they even left a thank you treat in my car when they finished. Highly recommend!

Fast and honest. Will start going here from now on. Oil change done in 40 mins. Had some issues they also brought up and will be fixed later on.

Assuring her the best auto shop Intown guaranteed I've been there twice even the first time I gave them the wrong cylinder to install my fuel injector and afterwards they went back and fixed it for free their kind and caring and they are honest they are the best thank you a one honest Auto

Adam went above and beyond awesome customer service. He explained the differences of the type of oil they use and why. When my car was done, which was done in a very timely manner, he told me of a fog light that was burned out and the cost to replace it. He then said I have an oil leak and scheduled me to bring it back in at no charge to determine how bad it is and what may be required to fix it if needed. I felt like he really cared and was not trying to sell me extra services that may not be needed. I am so glad I found this honest repair shop! They have mine and my family"s business. Honest-1 Auto care went above and beyond all expectations I had when servicing my truck. The service writers were extremely friendly, the tech working on my truck I could tell had many years experience and was able to pinpoint bad parts with amazing speed and accuracy and their rates were some of the most competitive I've found in town. I rarely trust other people to work on my vehicles but after my experience with these guys I'm honestly considering selling all my tools and letting them handle all my needs. Very impressed, thank you guys!!!

These guys did an excellent job in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I had a power steering emergency on my F250 power stroke and they got me taken care of in just 3 hours. Very good service.
