My insurance company was terrible to deal with and made it nearly impossible for Adam to get fixed what needed to be fixed. My truck had to take up space in their lot for about 6 weeks before they got the approval to do anything... throughout the entire process everyone was incredibly patient and professional. Adam was so helpful and so kind, he worked with me on costs when my insurance company refused to pay the majority of damages and answered every question I had in a very informative way. I was told 5400.00 to replace a transmission in a 2001 RX 300. In checking around I was told it was 2500-3500 max to change the transmission.

Had a couple of issues with my daughter's car. Wipers and check engine light. Communication from the start has gone above and beyond what I expected. After work was approved vehicle was ready the day before they told me it would be. Awesome experience! Will definitely come back for any other car troubles.
