When you find a mechanic you trust, it is a huge relief. Honest-1 Auto Care went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a positive one. Not only did they take great care of my truck, they took great care of me. From explaining the process and the options in layman terms, the friendliness and professionalism, to the comfortable waiting area, having work done on my truck was actually a pleasant experience. While I hope to not need their services for a while, I know that if I do, I will be in good hands. I don't even live very close to their shop, but I will go out of my way to return there.

I called Honest-1 about setting up an appointment for service on my Audi. I was told they were busy due to the recent snow storm and could get me in on Thursday morning. I came in then and dropped it off and got a ride home from Jeff who was nice. Friday afternoon I hadn't heard anything yet so I called and Jeff told me it hadn't been looked at yet. Got a call back a couple hours later with some questions but then they closed. I received another call Saturday morning with the repair estimate. I ended up picking up on Tuesday afternoon. Long process but it seemed fair.

Very helpful and trustworthy I don't trust hardly anyone but honest 1 I do trust and recomend them if u need car repairs they helped me get back on the road twice.
