My Honest Review of this Honest-1 I want to begin with the good! The people working at the front of the shop are really really nice. They dont talk down to you, they are pacient to you. And they do this even when customers are sad, angry, or distraught because they need to spend money fixing their car. This shop is amazing at alignments. My 2006 impala drives straight as an arrow. They are very fast as performing alignments and suspension work. They replaced tie rods and other things and the car no longer wobbles!! If your car needs suspension work, I really think this shop is a great choice My issues are with any "engine" things.. like pumps, seals etc.... my biggest priority was needing to fix the power steering system. I notified them I think the system might be leaking elsewhere, and they said they "will look." They saw the original pump was potentially bad and charged new pump prices for a remanufactured pump that was noisy when i picked the car up. Now my car sounds like a supercharged Dodge Charger without the horsepower. My impala has been to this shop 3 times and their warranty has covered the oil pan gasket/seal a few times. They just can't quite get it I think. The worse part is that like any fair shop, you cannot expect them to work for free. So anything that they miss the first time, you have to pay for... but I feel like they miss so much Every time I've picked up my car from the shop, I've discovered new sounds that shouldn't be there. They do test drives but I don't think they listen to the motor after working on it. In conclusion I am most disappointed with the possibility that they slap the car together and don't double check for new or strange sounds. The warranty is great, the people at the customer service are great, but until they fix the car to the point where it was as quiet as it was before the pump went out, I cannot give more than 3 stars. I believe I might begin looking for another shop for engine accessory work.
