STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, DO NOT ENDANGER YOURSELF BY ALLOWING THESE PEOPLE TO TOUCH YOUR VEHICLES.!!!! After being a customer for many years and spending multiple tens of thousands of dollars on my business fleet of vehicles this business let me down, stole from me, and left me with a dangerous unsafe vehicle. I spent $1,700 for them to repair the hydo-booster. After getting the vehicle back, the brakes went all the way to the floor without stopping the vehicle. I took it back to them twice, the second time they had it for a month and simply stored it on their back lot without touching it. I finally demanded the vehicle back, and the problem still persisted. The manager, Adam, simply shrugged his shoulder and ignored me. This was after doing business with him for nearly five years servicing my fleet of vehicles. That says it all, there you go... that's what type of people they are. STAY AWAY, DO NOT ENDANGER YOURSELF BY ALLOWING THESE PEOPLE TO TOUCH YOUR VEHICLES.

Pretty good service! Was charged $1,300 for an 01 tahoe fuel pump replacement, which seemed fair after checking with a mechanic buddy. However when I got the car back, the key would stick in the door and not unlock the car. I took it back and they fixed the issue for free which was GREATLY appreciated! The only hiccup was that it took 3 days for someone to spray some graphite in the lock to unstick it. 4.5/5 stars!

I had an appointment for an oil change they got it in right away and was finished within the hour ,they have a nice waiting area and left a thank you card and a cookie treat in my car 😊

I have never met such a great group of mechanics! They solved so many problems for my car in record time, I never felt like I was waiting around for no reason, and their prices are more than fair. I had to have the small door covering my gas tank replaced, and Honest One took the time to find an exact color match for my car as opposed to making me pay to get it repainted. Highly highly recommend for any car service needs!

The customer service by the owner of Honest-One in Federal Heights is terrible. It has gotten worse over the years. Yesterday I was told I could bring my car in and they would "take a look at it" and let me know if they could do the repair and give me an estimate if they could. They ended up doing the repair without my authorization. (so who's trying to rip off who?). Then I was told I could not take my vehicle the 1 mile to my home to get the $36 I was charged for the unauthorized labor/repair. After being a loyal customer for years and spending thousands of dollars at this shop I've decided it's just not worth doing business with this type of person any longer. I will never ever take my business to this shop again. If you are looking for an Auto Repair Shop to build a relationship with, don't go here.
