Honest-1 is a great shop and I highly recommended it.

Just a weird experience, I asked for my breaks to bleed after a booster stall ,brakes were bleed but they Informed me after the breaks were.bleed that the brake like has a air pocket, and could not bleed correctly, I figured hey fix the leak them bleed the breaks ,but bleed the lines and still charged but not was fixed Just weird amd different experience

Office staff were helpful and friendly. I felt they were concerned with getting things done correctly and making sure I understood all services. They were thorough and helpful with explanations of what was and was not needed/recommended. No up selling or high pressure sales tactics. The service notes were clear and I appreciate the information provided by mechanics for my records. Will return and recommend this shop to others.

Not so honest. Not only did they not honor the warranty on their work, they tried to tell me something was wrong with my vehicle that wasn't. I took my vehicle to another shop where it was fixed properly.

I have been a mechanic for 40 years Completely rebuilt the Front end in my little Saturn I Took it in for a Front end alignment to honest-1 They did an excellent job highly recommended

I can’t give enough thanks to the staff for helping our family during our time of need. Our vehicle overheated during a cross country road trip. Even though they were fully booked, squeezed us in for a repair and got us back on the road.

Extremely pleasant and honest people. Very reasonable pricing. They took good care of my Jeep and kept me up to date with every step they took to get it back on the road. All the way down to letting me know they had to jumpstart it before I left. I will be taking more business to them and recommend them as well. Thanks HONEST 1!

Good shop with honest people. The didn't replace parts that didn't need replacing and were truthful and open with me throughout the whole ordeal all the way down to letting me know they had to jumpstart my Jeep before I left. Very nice people and decently priced repair.

Got my car towed here at the early hours of Tuesday morning and explained on Wednesday that I would have no way to get next steps figured out until Thursday when I get a day off but that I was working on a solution. I find that before closing hours I have received calls and texts stating that the owner is threatening to have my car towed away as abandoned property. After doing business with Honest-1 for more than 13 years, I never would have thought I would be threatened like this. Extremely disappointed in the owner's lack of tact and compassion.
